Practical Research On Social Rehabilitation Of Disabled Elderly Patients Involved In Casework

With the advent of aging society,the health and quality of life of the elderly are more and more attention.The disabled elderly,as a special group of the elderly,but often ignored by the society.Disabled elderly as vulnerable groups in the elderly,they have problems with psychological and social participation,wondering the widespread attention and help from all walks of life.Previous studies on older persons with disabilities are mainly limited to physical and mental health,little in social rehabilitation.And the author in the study found that the rehabilitation of disabled elderly should be comprehensive.Not only to achieve medical and psychological rehabilitation,but also to achieve social rehabilitation.This study is based on the ZYM of the M community,to help the service objects gradually rebuild interpersonal relationships,explore their own advantages,and recover confidence in life and social rehabilitation.This paper analyzes the problems and needs of the owners,including five aspects:daily self care,psychological and spiritual needs,life security,interpersonal communication and social living environment.Through the observation and interview of client,mainly use rational emotive therapy and narrative therapy.analyze the problems and needs of client,and formulate the corresponding intervention plan.Then to engage in social work with the establishment of relationships,implementation,completion and evaluation,to achieve the goal and reach the goal.The results of this study showed that the main case is expected to exceed the agreed service goals,to solve the daily self care,abandon the inferiority of suicide,and restore confidence,willing to participate in community activities,social participation increased significantly.Not only that,the case main changes also reduce the main case of family pressure,more conducive to the case of the main communities to better carry out social services.Theoretical research in the field of rehabilitation of disabled elderly society in our country is still relatively scarce,hope to provide reference for theoretical research of this paper can in related fields,in the relevant research in the field of social rehabilitation fills the gaps in the field of social work,and provides some practical experience for the related research of disabled elderly;in terms of theoretical significance,this study hope for the disabled elderly rehabilitation from the social angle,can be conducive to social work in the construction of disabled elderly social rehabilitation field theoretical framework of integrity,and to broaden the research field of social work and to provide reference...
