Research On Social Work Intervention For The Employment Of Disabled People

The employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood.Solving the employment problem is one of the important contents of the national macro policy and the important foundation of improving the people's livelihood.Under the leadership and call of the Party Central Committee,the country has been actively promoting employment and stabilizing employment,and solving the employment problem of the disabled people is equally important.No matter in real life or in social activities,the disabled people face more difficulties than ordinary people.The disabled people themselves will face a greater test,especially when they face the employment problem.Help the disabled people to solve the difficulties which they face in employment,think about how to improve the vocational skills of disabled people and promote employment,and realize their own dream of entrepreneurship and value of life,which are goals of this paper.The social work involves in the employment of the disabled people.The scientific working method is used to help the disabled people overcome the difficulties which they face.Their own advantages of employment is brought into play.At the same time,help the disabled people to ease the psychological pressure faced in employment.Enhance the self-confidence of employment and get more economic income,so their sense of social belonging and individual happiness will be improved.Through the internship of Disabled Persons' Federation at Ewenki Banner,Hulunbuir City,the author contacts different types of disabled people who have been employed.And the unstructured interview method is used to find out different problems and ethical dilemmas faced by the disabled people when they carry out the social work.Based on the theory of advantage perspective and energy increase,the group work method is used to help the disabled people to improve the employability,so the problems faced by the disabled people in the process of employment will be solved.Finally,through the reflection and summary of the achievements obtained by activities,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.In the first chapter ofthis paper,the field survey of the current situation and main characteristics of employment of the disabled people in Ewenki Banner is conducted.The materials recorded in the interview of individual case are used to conclude and summarize.Thus,the similarity is summarized and the shortcomings are found.The second chapter discusses the deep reasons behind the problems of employment of the disabled in Ewenki Banner.Through collecting data,interviewing individual cases,consulting documents and various systems and regulations,the author compares the current situation of employment of local disabled people and analyzes the deep reasons.So the suitable perspective of social work is found to intervene in the employment of the disabled people,and the cushion is made for putting forward scientific methods of social work intervention.The third chapter describes the group work involving in the employment and practice of the disabled.The group work mode is summarized and reflected,and the overall employment of the disabled people in the banner is reflected and suggested.In the final conclusion,the whole paper is summarized and reviewed,the feasibility and novelty of social work involving in the employment of disabled people are emphasized.The author calls on all platforms to pay attention to the employment of disabled people,and their own interests are defended practically.
