Research On Ideological And Moral Education Of Youth In Urban Villages In Dali City

Teenagers are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Their ideological and moral construction level will directly affect the future development of the Chinese nation.With the acceleration of urbanization process,as a product of urbanization process,urban villages have undergone tremendous changes.As a part of the youth group,the adolescents in urban villages have their unique ideological state and characteristics.With the gradual improvement of material living conditions,their vision is gradually broadened.These conditions bring benefits to the modern education of young people in urban villages,at the same time,they also bring different degrees of negative impact on Ideological and moral education in urban villages.In this context,through the analysis and study of the ideological and moral status of the youth in urban villages,combined with the actual living environment of the youth in urban villages,starting from the youth themselves,families,schools and society,to find practical ways to strengthen and improve the ideological and moral education of the youth in urban villages,which is conducive to cultivating useful talents.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's expositions on Ideological and moral education for teenagers,this paper takes the teenagers in three typical urban villages in Dali city as the research object.The first step is to analyze a large number of statistical data by means of questionnaire and interview,and find out the existing problems of Ideological and moral education for teenagers in urban villages.The second step is to find out the root causes of the ideological and moral problems of young people in urban villages through investigation and research.Starting from the factors of young people themselves,family,school and society,the causes of the problems are discussed and analyzed.Thirdly,through the research and analysis of the comprehensive materials,the paper puts forward the methods and measures to solve the problems,that is,to establish the ideological and moral education system of family,school and social integration,to comprehensively improve the ideological and moral awareness of young people in urban villages,and to become qualified personnel with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and beauty.The ideological and moral education of young people in urban villages is a new problem under the background of accelerated urbanization.It is of practical significance to explore ways to strengthen and improve the ideological and moral education of young people in urban villages for the growth and education of young people in the new era.
