Exploration And Practice Of Ideological And Moral Construction In Northeast Rural Communities In The New Era

Under the background of the new era,the development of northeast rural community is an important proposition to carry out rural revitalization.The main body of northeast rural community construction is farmers,and the quality of farmers is directly related to the effect of rural community ideological and moral construction.Moreover,the promotion of farmers’ ideological quality must strengthen the ideological and moral construction.The northeast rural community personnel is more concentrated,the rural culture is pluralistic,the regional characteristic is prominent,this regarding the rural community thought morals construction work,has certain realistic condition.How to promote the actual effect of ideological and moral construction is the premise of all work for ideological and political workers.At present,the ideological and moral construction of rural communities has made some achievements,but there are still more problems to be solved.Taking Yongxing village in Jilin Province as the object of investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation of the ideological and moral construction in this community,and probes into the existing problems and the solutions.The study found that,the problems existing in the ideological and moral construction of Yongxing village include that the ideological and moral construction of rural community is not paid enough attention to,the cognition and working ability of rural community cadres need to be strengthened,the comprehensive quality of rural community peasants is not high,the work mode of ideological and moral construction of rural community is single,and the level of economic development lags behind.After in-depth study,we found the reasons behind the problems,mainly including the government factor,the community cadre factor,the community farmer oneself factor,the countryside community thought dissemination factor,the countryside community economy development factor,the Yongxing village thought morals construction particularity.Finally,put forward the way to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of Yongxing village.First,theParty Committee should attach importance to the ideological and moral construction of rural communities.This can provide economic support for the ideological and moral construction of Yongxing village,policy and system support for the ideological and moral construction of Yongxing village community,and public opinion support for the ideological and moral construction of Yongxing village community,strengthening the cognitive and practical abilities of rural community cadres,strengthening the importance that cadres at all levels attach to the ideological and ethical work of the community,and improving the organizational guarantee for cadres in the ideological and ethical work of rural communities,third,to improve the comprehensive quality of rural community farmers and enhance their understanding and understanding of the ideological and moral construction of the community,to create suitable conditions to enhance their scientific and cultural quality,and mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in the ideological and moral construction of the community.We should renew the contents of ideological and moral construction of rural communities in time,carry out ideological and moral construction of rural communities in various forms,and publicize the positive influence of ideological and moral construction on rural revitalization.Fifth,we will comprehensively raise the level of economic development of rural communities.
