Research On The Political Risks Of "One Belt And One Road" Under The Framework Of Risk Management

The emergence of all kinds of risk factors of "the Blet and Road" political risk is not an accident,but a result of the special historical conditions that have undergone major adjustments in the international order and the domestic social environment.At present,the international community is experiencing a "great change in the past hundred years".The links between countries are deeper,the competition for geopolitical,power and interests is more intense,and the external strategy is more sensitive.On the surface,the cooperation and competition between the countries along the belt and road coexist,the political turmoil in South Asian countries,the conflict of ethnic and religious conflicts in the Middle East,the continuous interest groups in Central Asia,the weakness of national security in Africa,and so on,are all geopolitical games,political trends,traditional and non-traditional security highlights,and international.Faced with fundamental reasons such as transformation,it constitutes a basic element of the political risk of "the Blet and Road",some of which can be directly perceived or directly manifested as checks and balances or obstacles to the "one belt and one way" initiative.It is a direct risk of "one area and one Road" political risk,while other risk factors cannot be directly perceived,or in a short period of time,it has not caused damage to the "the Blet and Road" initiative.Loss,however,will exist for a long time and has greater uncertainty.It has the possibility of affecting the political situation of the countries or regions along the "the Blet and Road".How these complex risk factors are perceived and identified,which risk factors affect or constitute the main risk factors of "one area and one road" political risk,and how China should deal with these risks has become the three main issues discussed in this paper.The final prevention or solution of the political risks of "the Blet and Road" must not rely solely on passive risk response.Instead,it relies on a positive,active and constructive way of thinking and taking continuous efforts and attempts in the areas,regions and international levels of "the Blet and Road" political risk,taking the initiative of the "the Blet and Road" initiative.And the stable environment for development,starting from the identity of a "responsible big power" or "Defender of international order",eliminating potential factors that may cause "one way and one way" political risk,and taking this positive result as the public product that can provide the surrounding and even the countries along the border in the process of carrying out the "the Blet and Road" initiative,and expand the connotation of the "the Blet and Road" initiative.It is the real value and significance of truly realizing the so-called gains of "the Blet and Road".
