The Research On The Predicaments Caused By Industrial And Commercial Capital To The Countryside And The Governance Path Selection

In the context of the integration of urban and rural development,under the call of"industry nurturing agriculture and cities supporting the countryside",all over the emergence of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside boom.Industrial and commercial capital to the countryside is the need of national rural development strategy,but also conform to the law of economic development,promote rural economic development and social integration,the development of rural society have a significant impact.However,the plights of the current industrial and commercial capital to the countryside are becoming more and more obvious,there are many problems between the industrial and commercial capital and the development of rural areas,which is not conducive to the development of rural society.Accordingly,in this paper,the embedded theory and governance theory as a theoretical framework,the source of the Predicaments and governance.Theoretically,based on the literature research,elaborates the connotation of industrial capital and commercial capital to the countryside,forms and features,from the government,market,social level analysis of three values of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside,and Embedding theory and governance theory as the basis of realizing the three value.Realistically,the study based on the principle of objectivity and typicality,select several villages in the town of T,Henan,Dengfeng,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,to analyze the actual situation of the industrial and commercial capital to the countryside in the sample areas.Starting from the background of Henan province's industrial and commercial capital to the countryside,from the perspective of economic development and policy conditions,this paper analyzes the process of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside,this paper analyzes the process,operation status,effectiveness and main problems and so on.The results show that the problem is more effective than the main body of industrial and commercial capital is not effectively integrated with the village.The main performances are as follows:First,the land is not effective use and utilization,barren serious,re-planting difficult,endanger agricultural production;Second,the landless process farmers lack the right to know,mismanagement caused by contradictions,arrears of farmer land rent,damage farmers' rights and interests;Third,landless peasants,increase rural population's"hollowing out",the village function alienation,village management development challenges.Then the embedded theory is used as an analytical framework to analyze the causes of the Predicaments from the macro,meso and microcosmic perspectives.Based on the reason analysis,drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign Japan and the failure of the Philippines,and the typical pattern of rural development modes.Based on the summary and analysis,this paper analyzes the governance logic of the Predicaments of industrial and commercial capital:from embedded imbalance to embedded development,from mutual confrontation to co-governance.The governance of the plight of the need for a gradual process,starting from the reality of the path,by strengthening cooperation with farmers to absorb the rural elite,to improve the business model of the first implementation of embedded development,and continuous improvement through policy,change the concept of farmers,expand the industrial chain,improve the rural service system transition to choose long-term path.The final realization of agricultural modernization.
