How Can Capital To The Countryside Successfully Embed Rural Community

Under the background of coordinated development of urban and rural areas and encouraged by national policies,there is a wave of capital going to the countryside.Capital to the countryside is the strategic need of agricultural and rural development in our country.However,at present,the dilemma brought by the capital to the countryside is gradually highlighted.There are many problems between the integrated development of the capital to the countryside and the villages,and the embedded development is an effective way to solve these problems.Based on this,the author uses the theory of embeddedness and the perspective of insider as the theoretical analysis framework to explore how the agricultural company can be successfully embedded in the rural community and analyze the impact of its successful embedding in the village.Taking the “Embeddedness”theory as the analytical framework,this paper studies the causes and effects of the successful process of embedding the captial inflowing the countryside,which through the two cases in the northwest region.The analysis shows that the capital inflowing the countryside needs to be embedded in the environmental systems of local society through such as structure,politics,culture and relationship.Among them,occupying the structural holes position can obtain the embedded core advantage.This is to say,in terms of conducive to the smooth embedding the economic,political and social culture in all directions,it is asked to rely on the triple identities who is in charge of company as well as the village cadre and the village “acquaintance”,and occupy the strcutural holes position in the rural community network.In politics,being a village cadre can be embedded in the village society at the political level and transformed into “insider” at the village administrative level through the exchange of favors at the administrative level,obtainthe support of the local government,and timely grasp the changing trend of the agricultural policy.On the cultural level,the relations involved in the weddings and funerals in the village can be transformed into “insider”in the cultural level and then embedded in the village to obtain the informal authority of the village.At the relationship level,the social resources of the village behind the “favor” can be obtained through the daily contacts in the village,which can be transformed into“insider” to achieve the embedding of the relationship level.The underlying reason for the successful embedding is that the captial inflowing the countryside can be intergrated into the relationship of rural community network,which transforms its identify as an outsider and stranger into insider in the local society.After the capital is embedded in the village,the development resources can be obtained more smoothly.However,due to the strong position of capital,the capital embedding will lead to the problem that the company dominates the village.At the same time,the problem of controlling the village by the capital embedded can be sloved by strengthing the construction of grassroots party organization,training of farmers' autonomous ability,strengthening the self-organization ability of the village.
