Design And Implementation Of Police Reconnaissance Vehicle Based On WebRTC Technology

The process of public safety globalization speeds up as present society develops rapidly,our public security work is facing the rigorous challenges.With the continuous emergence of new technologies,in recent years,the police reconnaissance vehicles which serve as new facilities of police service have been put into basic public security operations.The police reconnaissance vehicles have powerful function and wide courage,they can not only improve efficiency of police affairs,but also reinforce the protection of the police personal safety,and they are great helpful to deal with basic public security operations.However,some function and technology problems are exposed during the use of existing reconnaissance vehicle products.This paper,based on the functional requirements of police reconnaissance vehicles,designs and implements a new product,fulfils the overall function and technology upgrade.This paper mainly accomplishes the following research work: the design of the whole hardware system,embedded system porting,Web RTC audio and video real-time communication,audio and video data encoding and storage,remote control of reconnaissance vehicle.The design of the whole hardware system constructs the hardware platform foundation through a variety of functional chips selection,circuit design and interface design.The embedded system porting achieves operation of operating system layer by using transplantation of Bootloader,transplantation of Linux kernel,development of driver program and transplantation of Android system.The Web RTC audio and video real-time communication accomplishes the function of audio and video real-time conversation through the constructing of various types of servers and the application of Web RTC interface functions.The audio and video recording uses Html5 technology to achieve acquisition,encoding,storage and transmission of audio and video data.The police reconnaissance vehicle terminal is controlled by the controlling end,the webpage remote control achieves this remote control function by using Html5 technology and JNI technology.After tests,the system runs well,it provides a good solution of products and system related to police reconnaissance vehicle.Compared with traditional products,the new police reconnaissance vehicle system has advantages and innovations as follows:By using B/S architecture,the maintenance is easier.The terminal powered by Android operating system makes the personnel operating more convenient.The system develops new functions,extends display screen,supports the audio and video data uploading to server.Furthermore,the remote control and the encoding of audio and video data also adopt new technologies.
