The Design And Implementation Of Online Education System Of Prosecutors Training Center

With the development and application of information technology, the traditional teaching from classroom teaching mode and launched an online teaching. Online education platform is a popular teaching method, which is based on Web, so that students can more easily access to all kinds of teaching resources.In this paper, according to the actual situation of prosecutors training institute, in the network teaching on the basis of the traditional, the design and implementation of online education platform based on Web. The system can also allow synchronous teaching, after-school to download the video to watch. All the police officers can be carried out online lectures by the Procuratorate within the network, online examination and check the college training notice. The trainer can also use the platform of online teaching, online marking and publish notice of the courses. The system integrated evaluation function, and docking with the performance appraisal system, the implementation of police training effect. This paper carried out research and development work in the following aspects:In view of the present situation of Shandong province procuratorial organs, combining with the related technology, training of prosecutors in Shandong province and the actual situation of online education, the analysis and design of online education system, prosecutors training institute is described. First of all, this paper combined with the status quo of education management, training of prosecutors in Shandong Province, analyzes the function demand of online education system, to model the system using UML modeling technology. In the modeling process, through the analysis of the system use cases and participants, the use case model is established, and through has carried on the analysis to the key use case specification table, through the activity diagram to track cases. In the basis of the demand analysis to the system, clear the system constraints and risks. In the architecture design, firstly, a conceptual framework was carried out, followed by 4 view detailed architecture design, through the logical view, development view, data view, view physical view and operation of system are described. In the detailed design of the system, using class diagram to establish the static model of the system, and a detailed description of the database design of the system. And a detailed description of the audio and video real-time interactive technology, sets up a fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation mechanism of student learning and simulated based on MATLAB. Finally, display the function of the system and the way of realization.The main problems solved in this paper:1. In this paper,the real time audio and video interactive function based on WEB is researched and implemented;2. In this paper, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation function learning students based on analytic hierarchy process is researched and implemented.This system is stable, the effect is good, the relevant departments to reduce training costs, enhance the management of prosecutors and police officers, and provide query analysis and forecasting functions, improve work efficiency.
