Prison as an important force of the national implementation of the agency,mainly through the harm to the community and the people's lives and property of all kinds of crime punishment,discipline,to achieve social stability,social justice and fairness.With the development of the economy and the progress of the society,the overall conditions of detention,the level of prison information,the level of prison management personnel,security system and other aspects have been improved.however,the level of prison human resources management is still relatively low,performance appraisal started late,making the performance appraisal program and target implementation effect is not good.Therefore,the study on the performance appraisal system of a prison is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the prison management team and improve the management level of the prison.First of all,on the basis of introducing performance management,performance appraisal,performance appraisal methods,combined with the status of a prison performance appraisal,from the assessment objectives are not clear,assessment content is single,assessment system is not perfect,assessment method is single,assessment results of the application of inadequate aspects of the unit performance appraisal problems,and analyzed the causes of the problems.Secondly,it constructs the performance appraisal system including five first-level indexes of morality,ability,diligence,achievement and honesty,and 20 second-level indexes of political morality,professional ethics,professional ability,working attitude,working style,quantity of work accomplished,quality of work accomplished,honesty and self-discipline,administration according to law,and determines the appraisal contents and standards of each second-level index.The order relation method is used to determine the weight of each index,and the performance evaluation table is designed in combination with the assessment master.Finally,the study puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of performance appraisal system.
