Since the twentieth Century 80s',lots of surplus labor has flowed into city, which happened everywhere in China. These migrant labors have made great contribution to the development of the progress of society.Because of some social history reasons such as the restriction of different structure between urban rural areas,it is hard for them to the urban life. They have to face problems like social security, urban identity and identity discrimination. At present,China has the world's largest agricultural transfer of population, there is a huge gap between the urbanization rate of the registered population and the urbanization rate of the resident population.False city is not conducive to the construction of new urbanization in China and future development. Therefore,it is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on a review of labor migration theories and related literature, this paper uses the date from China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2017,the life cycle of agricultural population transfer is divided into three stages: farming to working, floating to fixed, resident to citizen, analyzing the influencing factors of the willingness to citizenship in stages.Firstly, this paper statistically analyzes the basic situation of labor migration. Then, this paper uses Logistic regression model to make an empirical analysis on the influence factors of migrant workers' willingness to stay in cities. This paper studied the migrant workers' individual characters, family characters, social characters, psychological characters and migration characters. These factors were selected into Logistic regression model through the chi square test. The regression analysis results show that the long-term residence willingness and settlement Willingness of agricultural transferred population in China is affected by individual, family, social and psychological factors, which are manifested in the flow of education for women, younger age, marriage, and higher education. The willingness to stay in higher;the higher income, the more stable housing and work are,the higher the proportion of citizens will be.enjoying better social security, the stronger sense of integration and psychological identity of the city, the more perfect local social network, the stronger the tendency of citizenization;agricultural migrants with long migration time, short residence time and migrant parents' migration experience have strong willingness to become citizens.By comparing the regression model of long-term residence willingness and the regression model of settlement willingness,we found that economic factors are mainly short-term effects, and more affect the residence choice of agricultural migrants;Whether individuals are settled is due to the long-term interests, that is,economic factors tend to promote the transfer of agricultural population in the city "residence",while social security factors determine the floating population "settle down".Based on the practical situation and the research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to speed up the process of urbanization and promote the citizenization of migrants.
