Research On The Influencing Factors And Promoting Strategies Of Social Security Integration For Rural-urban Migrants In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of China's new urbanization,population mobility is accelerating.More and more migrant workers from rural areas enter urban areas to work,and more and more young man leave the rural areas by participating the College Entrance Examination,which make up the group of rural-urban floating population.Whether the rura-urban floating population can adapt to the city and integrate into the city has aroused the extensive discussion in the background of the integration of urban and rural areas.In this context,this paper attempts to link the floating population and its social security together and examine their relationship by using the data from the Floating Population Development Report,in hope of providing new ideas and references for the future study of social security of social floating population and social integration research.From the perspective of social security integration,this paper takes rural-urban floating population as research object,and its degree of social security integration as the core content.On the basis of existing concept definition of rural-urban floating population and the existing research results of social security integration,social integration and degree of social integration,this paper put forward the concept of Degree of Social Security Integration,and tried to establish the index system of influencing factors to provide new ideas for improving social security integration practice.This would contribute to the progress of urbanization of the rural-urban floating population and the comprehensive development of China's new urbanization.By reviewing related literature,this paper analyzed the impact of institutional and non-institutional factors on the degree of social security integration,the factors involving household registration system,social security system,employment system,economy development,social relationship and rural-urban floating population itself.According to the the analysis result,this paper put forward countermeasures to improve the factors affecting the degree of social security integration.
