The Study Of Integration And Optimization Of Directional Sports Training And Police Physical Training Theory

At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation.The state attaches great importance to public security education work,and strongly urges police officers and men to persist in physical training and avoid unnecessary injuries.In combination with the physical needs during the actual combat,the reasonable deployment and arranging adaptive training modes are required.These are all in order to lay a solid foundation for training qualified police in the new era.However,there are many problems in the current police physical training,such as decentralized models,obsolete ideas,monotonous contents,lack of equipment guarantees,and unsatisfactory training results.Those have hindered the overall improvement of the physical and psychological quality of police officers in China.Therefore,the urgent need for the introduction of new training modes for police physical training has become an inevitable trend in the reform and innovation of police physical training.Orienteering is an emerging sport that has rapidly emerged in colleges across the country because of its interesting,informative,competitive,military,and campus-friendly features.Conducting Orienteering courses at the police academy can not only improve the students' physical fitness level and their ability to analyze and think independently,but also improve students' adaptability to various environments and edify students' sentiments.Therefore,this article considers directional movement and police to integrated physical training concepts.To this end,this paper selected teachers and students of police academies at different levels of economic development and in different regions as research-objects,and used theoretical analysis methods,literature review methods,questionnaire survey methods,and mathematical statistics analysis methods to analyze directional movements and policemen.On the basis of the necessity and feasibility of physical training integration,we have conducted in-depth research on the integration of police physical fitness training,directional sports,especially the concept of directional sports and police physical training,the integration of models,and the penetration of content.Based on the above theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey,this article explores specific strategies and optimization schemes for the integration of directional movement and police physical fitness training concepts.First,the fusion strategy of ideas and attitudes.The police school teachers should train the three-dimensional ability to train new ideas and change their behavioral attitudes.Students should change their traditional ideas and incorporate new concepts of directional movement.Second,the fusion strategy of models and content.The police academy should integrate the training advantages of directional movement with the physical training of the police in terms of ideological cognition,hardware support and training objectives,etc.The content fusion of the directional sports physical training materials and physical training assessment methods with the existing police training patterns.Third,the specific plan for the integration of police physical training concepts.The police academy should be based on the physical training of teachers,put forward an innovative model for optimizing the physical training of the police,and a new strategy of combining "Internet +" to explore interesting police physical training and directional movement.Finally,it is expected that the theoretical guidance proposed by this optimization strategy can provide a theoretical basis for realizing the objectives of police fitness training,optimizing the methods of police physical training,and enhancing the overall combat quality of the police.
