Research On The Issues Of E-government Cloud Project Management

With the rapid development of information technology,technologies such as cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence are constantly being used in the construction of information systems.Under the impact of new technology,the construction mode of e-government project has changed greatly.From the model of individual unit construction in the past,it has developed into the model of unified planning and centralized construction,and its centralized construction is mainly manifested in the concentration of computing resources and the concentration of software application system.The main characteristics of e-Government cloud project are long project cycle,large capital investment and high risk.In the face of this new type of e-government project,it is necessary to promote project construction with scientific project management,so as to make good protection for the implementation of the project.Although,at present,the management of Information System project has a relatively complete management plan,but because the implementation of e-government cloud project is in the initial stage,the experience accumulated in project management is relatively few,the previous project management theory guidance is limited.This article mainly through the literature research,the actual case analysis and so on research method,takes the e-Government Cloud Project research object,combines in the K City Small and micro Enterprise Cloud service Platform project management practice,uses the project management related theory,the tool and the method,analyzes causes the project not to complete the project goal,then uses the project management method,Make suggestions for improvement.The main conclusions of this paper are as:the construction and development of e-government cloud projects need the units involved in the construction to break down barriers between units,work closely together,cooperate with each other,establish a reasonable project organization structure and communication mechanism,so that full participation;Project contractors need to have measures to respond to changes in the frequent demand for e-government cloud projects;The risks caused by the development of information technology are becoming more and more prominent,and the management of e-government cloud projects needs to increase the emphasis on technical risks.
