Study On The Quantitative Mechanism Of Cadre Assessment

Cadre assessment is an important part of cadre management and the premise and foundation of follow-up management behavior.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party clearly points out that the cadres of the Party are the backbone of the cause of the Party and the state.We should improve the mechanism of cadres' assessment and evaluation,and promote the leading cadres to establish a correct view of political achievements.However,cadre assessment,especially quantitative assessment,is a worldwide recognized problem.Developed countries also lack very effective institutional arrangements.The rapid development of big data technology in recent years provides a logical and realistic possibility to solve this problem.This paper demonstrates the possibility and significance of applying big data to cadre assessment and realizing scientific quantification of cadre assessment by means of logical analysis,case analysis and sampling survey.Taking the practical case of Hangzhou cadre assessment with big data as the analysis object,the paper analyses the operation mechanism of applying big data technology to cadre assessment and realizing scientific quantification of cadre assessment.Li.At the same time,this paper analyses a series of problems existing in the establishment and improvement of the quantitative mechanism of cadre's big data assessment in China,such as the product of big data to be optimized,the defect of the assessment mechanism,the imperfection of the assessment index,the hidden danger of information security,and puts forward some policy suggestions for improving the quantitative mechanism of cadre's assessment based on big data.The disadvantage of this paper lies in the lack of foreign samples of quantitative mechanism for assessing cadres' big data.The innovation of this paper is that it is the first time to study the quantitative mechanism of cadre big data assessment in our country,which provides a reference for enriching the theory of cadre assessment and realizing cadre big data assessment in our country.
