The assessment cadre is the basis of the elected cadres.In recent years,the organization and personnel departments at all levels have carried out a lot of research on the cadre examination work,accumulated a wealth of experience,but the research object more focused on leading cadres at or above the county level,the township grassroots leading cadres of the less research.Township cadres are the vanguard of the party at the grassroots level,direct contact and service grassroots people.To improve the assessment work of the township leading cadres,it is helpful to guide the township cadres to establish the correct view of achievements and inspire the spirit of the township cadres to.serve the masses and serve the economic and social development.Due to the complexity of the grassroots work,the assessment work of the current township cadres has not been able to evaluate the cadres accurately in the course of concrete practice,and provide a reliable basis for the selection and appointment of cadres.In the new era,the central government put forward a good cadre standard,which will be the township leaders of the assessment work to provide a new follow,bring a positive impact.Based on the research results of domestic and international civil servants' assessment work,this paper takes the examination work of leading cadres of M counties and townships as an example to carry out investigation and study.First of all,from the assessment of personnel,content,methods and results of the use of four aspects of M County township cadres in the assessment process of the outstanding problems.Secondly,it analyzes the reason of the above problems from the aspects of the influence of the cadre system and the traditional concept,the complexity of the township work and the influence of the difference,the psychological influence of the subject and the subject.Finally,based on the standard of good cadres,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the assessment of the township leading cadres.First,it is necessary to optimize the main body of the assessment,improve the correlation degree,improve the appraisal staff,improve the specialization level of the assessment staff;the second is to improve the assessment content,To improve the assessment methods,the establishment of departments to coordinate the linkage mechanism,to strengthen the usual assessment,the implementation of the assessment of the assessment of indicators,to improve the assessment of the cadre under the standard evaluation system,to achieve the assessment content from the "test" to "test" "Four degrees" inspection method;four is to strengthen the use of assessment results,to strengthen the assessment results feedback,timely assessment of rewards and punishments,strengthen the construction of reserve cadres.
