Research About Effect Assessment Of The Cadre Education And Training For Chinese Communist Party Committee Of H Province

The cadre education and training is not only the important way to improve the quality and the ability of cadres, but also the important guarantee to build a service-oriented government. Effect assessment is indispensable part of cadre education and training, which is both the important means to realize continuous improvement and perfect of cadres training and the important way to improve the quality of training. However, effect assessment of current cadre education, lacking of the theoretical level and practical experience, is superficial and fail to play it's role.In this paper, taking Chinese Communist Party committee of H province as the research object, the author analyzed the current situation, the existing problems and reasons of the education and training of cadres for Chinese Communist Party committee of H province .Based on Krikapatrick's four assessment model and combined with the current effect assessment of education and training, the index system is designed to reflect effect assessment of the cadre education and training. Taking advantage of own position and actual conditions and according to the index system, the author evaluates the effect of the actual the cadre education and training for Chinese Communist Party committee of H province.According to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the strategy and advice has been put forward for Chinese Communist Party committee of H province in terms of training concept, training mechanism, training content, training way.Three problems are solved in this paper. Firstly, the scientific and effective index system of effect assessment for cadre education and training is built. Secondly, taking Chinese Communist Party committee of H province for example, the author assesses the effect of the cadre education and training. Thirdly, how to improve the cadre education training effect.The ultimate aim of this research is to give some theoretical and practical references for the cadre education and training of Chinese Communist Party committee of H province.
