Research On The Legal Problems Of Rural Financial Supervision In China

Under the current economic environment,China's financial development situation is good,the construction of the financial system is also on the way forward.However,one thing can not be ignored.As far as the financial industry is concerned,China's overall development level is quite different from that of other advanced countries in the world.The level of economic development in rural areas is relatively lagging behind that in urban areas,the level of financial development is generally low,and the financial supervision system is not perfect.In the course of reform,if we don't pay attention to the construction of the rural financial system,especially the construction of the rural financial supervision system,and push it forward simultaneously,we will certainly sow hidden dangers and shake the development of rural financial indust ry in China.In particular,the construction and improvement of financial market's supervision system is the weak link in China's rural financial system.As the core of rural economic development,the construction of rural financial system still has some shortcomings,and its supervision still has the double shortcomings of external supervision and internal self-discipline.This paper will analyze the current legal system of rural financial supervision on the basis of reviewing the previous research.The problems are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the existing regulatory legal system for rural finance in China is not perfect,not specific enough,lack of certain operability,weak legal awareness of rural financial participants and insufficient at tention to the financial rights of farmers.This paper discusses the necessity and importance of improving the legal system of rural financial supervision,so as to strengthen the attention of relevant institutions to the legal system of rural financial supervision.In order to solve this legal problem,the following measures are put forward: First,to clarify the position of the legal system of rural financial supervision;Second,we should clearly adhere to the three major principles,the principle of effective supervision,the principle of preferential protection,and the principle of safeguarding financial market's safety.Thirdly,the basic idea of strengthening the legal system of rural financial supervision is in line with financial market's characteristics and safety and efficiency;Fourth,we put forward concrete measures on how to improve the rural financial legal system,improve the right to regulate,reshape the main body,clarify the regulatory functions,determine the regulatory standards,and s trengthen the information disclosure system.Fifth,further innovative views on the construction of the rural financial legal system should be put in place to promote differentiated supervision,improve the efficiency of supervision and establish a risk prevention and control system.
