Research On Corporate Social Responsibility And Harmonious Society Construction

Enterprises are the basic unit of society and the main bearers of social production.Therefore,whether enterprises have the responsibility to fulfill their social responsibilities is of great significance to building a harmonious society.From the perspective of the construction of a socialist harmonious society,this paper systematically sorts out Chinese corporate social responsibility: on the basis of clarifying the concept of corporate social responsibility and harmonious society and the process of transformation,it analyzes the relationship between harmonious society and corporate social responsibility;In theory,the formation mechanism of Chinese corporate social responsibility in the context of harmonious society construction is expounded,and then the status of China's corporate social responsibility is analyzed.The problems and causes of Chinese corporate social responsibility are explored.Finally,a harmonious society is proposed.The path and strategy for improving corporate social responsibility in the background.
