Promoting Full Employment And Building A Socialist Harmonious Society Study

Building a harmonious socialist society is the scientific summary that the party and state leaders made from the experience of China’s reform, opening up and modernization party, is the fundamental guarantee of maintaining the basic interests of the broad masses and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, and a pre-condition of building a harmonious society, related to the steady state of the economy development and the permanent stability of the society. At present, the employment status was very bad in China, although the state has adopted a series of positive employment measures, and obtained very successful results, the employment contradiction yet is very prominent. The employment problem is not only the country’s problems, also involves all aspects of the social development. Especially it is closely related to individual’s ideas as well as corporation to perform the social responsibility. This article from the perspective of promoting full employment and building a harmonious society, tries to solve the following problems. First of all, according to the development of employment theory at home and abroad in recent years, put forward the future development direction of employment in China. Second, through some statistical data analyze the present status of the employment in our country, mainly from individuals, businesses, and the national employment system to analyze the reason effecting their employment. Finally, according to the situation of employment put forward solutions and countermeasures of promoting employment to realize full employment and promote the building of a harmonious society.
