Study On Civil Society Responsibility In Harmonious Society

Harmonious society is a combination of national responsibility and civic responsibility.Modern social responsibilities of citizenship consciousness is not innate, but from the cultivation with a purpose.In addition, put forward some feasible countermeasures when facing the current existing problems in the constraction of civil society responsibility: from the macro view,government is not enough emphasis on areas of civil society responsibility, indirectly hinder the steady development; from the meso perspective,some errors exist in our civic education.This also lead to the content and goal of civic responsibility education not clear, system is not systematic in-depth;from the micro perspective,civic sense of social responsibility lack.Mainly includes the responsibility and the right not subjective unification,and objective influence of the external environment. Put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions aiming at these defects, thus speeding up the progress of harmonious society.In order to solve the existing promblems in civil society responsibility construction,this article mainly starts from the following four espects: First, the reconstruction of responsibility subject,establish modern civil society responsibility. The impact of family, school,social three different objective environment on the citizens of social responsibility at different stages of training and education,forms the correct social responsibility consciousness and enhances capabilities.Second, out of education error, perfect the citizen education system vigorously.Re-establish the goal of civic education to produce initiative citizen;changes in the way of civic education, focus on its practical and participatory;civic education content changes to three dimensional thinking, highlighting its modernity and innovation.Through the change of consciousness, which the civil responsibility education has more age and scientific;Third, clarifying government's important role in civil society responsibility construction. Morality and Legal can improve and perfect the control mechanism of civil society responsibility; constructs responsible government which generates the political basis of social responsibility;strengthen the government's guidance to create a harmonious environment.Fourth,clarity of social groups' responsibility in social construction.Among them, with college students and civil society organizations for example.Focuses on the important role and significance of university student group and civil society organizations in civil society responsibility building.
