Explore The Path Of Social Work Involved In Solving Long

In recent years,with the rapid transformation of Chinese society and frequent conflicts in various fields,the number of petitions and visits has been on the rise.This special group"long-term petitioners",as one of the key points and difficulties of letters and visits,by the relevant units as a"big issue",who,though small,but It will disturb the order of petition,and even cause more serious social contradictions,if you can't get in a timely manner to resolve this problem and processing will impact on social harmony and stability and healthy development.Therefore,how to correctly understand and properly deal with the problem of long-term petitioneris an important issue that needs the attention of all sides and has important theoretical and practical significance.This study from the visual of social work,guided by the theory of social support,the main purpose is based on G street in wuhan some long-term petitioners investigation and research,described the status them,analyzes their problems and needs,at the same time to the streets to deal with the difficulty of the problem analysis,to the social work as the breakthrough point,put forward to help the countermeasure and the suggestion to solve the problem of long-term petitioners.Through research,the author found that the current petition system has trouble in solving the problems of the long-term petitioners which are mainly reflected in the limited rights of the petitioning work institutions,the deviation between the work objectives and the petitioning purpose of the long-term petitioners,and the unreasonable performance appraisal measures.And social work involved in the exploration of long-term petitioners issue,it is expected by the participation of the third party,can make the social forces to participate in a collaborative,then promote conflict mediation,humanistic care and psychological counseling,etc.,through the use of professional approach,to form a resultant force to help solve the problem of long-term petitioners,and maintain social harmony and stability.Social work itself has the advantages of professional methods,values and neutral stance,and it has a high degree of correspondence with petition work in terms of service object,value concept,work goal,etc.,which can provide new ideas for solving the problem of long-term petitioners.By studying the relationship between social work and petition work,this paper effectively applies the social work theory to the problem of the long-term petitioners,and discusses the participation path in order to help solve the problem.
