| As the importance of grass-roots experience is increasing in the selection and training of young cadres and new exploration and innovation of the talent cultivation model are also being carried out,The Organization Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee,according to the spirit of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee,has implemented the plan of selecting outstanding college graduates to take office in the village in the whole province since 2013.The selection of students will work with the village official work.As participants in the new policy,the public is not familiar with the work,the life and the development of the selected graduates’ village official work.Although this part of outstanding university graduates has a higher degree,stronger individual comprehensive quality and stronger work ability,they are lack of social work experience and the ability to handle mass work.From the simple campus life to complex community work,it is unavoidable to face all kinds of problems.In order to find out and solve the problems more clearly,and promote the deep implementation of this policy,in this paper,the group of the selected graduates’ village officials is selected as the research object.I will introduce the basic situation and management mechanism of the selected outstanding graduates to take office in the village based on the two-factor theory.Through policy documents,program analysis,management mechanism explanation,try to know the main development direction of the incumbents。At the same time,try to learn about the development of selecting outstanding college graduates to take office in the grassroots in several representative areas.I will use qualitative research as the main method and Qingdao as the survey sample.The data analysis will be carried out on the collected 84 valid questionnaires.According to the two-factor theory,I will try my best to fully explain their life and work situation and the difficult problems they face after entering the post.What’s more,I will try to analyze the causes of the difficulties.put forward suggestions about improving the long-term mechanism of selecting outstanding graduates to take office in the village.The improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of system,guarantee system,training mechanism and personal promotion,in order to break the rigid mindset and put forward some feasible suggestions to promote the establishment and development of the long-term motivation mechanism of selecting village officials.On this basis,I also try to clear the subject responsibility by motivation and hygiene effect,,put forward corresponding solving measures,hoping to provide valuable reference for the establishment of long-term motivation mechanism—transferring outstanding graduates to take office in the village,hoping to provide the basis for the improvement of the policy and also provides the experience for college graduates to choose to work in the grass roots. |
