Research On The Innovation Of Urban Management Mechanism In Pingshan District Of Shenzhen In The Process Of Urbanization

Pingshan has just been upgraded from the functional area to the administrative district and is one of the youngest administrative districts in Shenzhen.Its urban management development path is extremely malleable.It has the advantages of wide development space and light weight,and enjoys the advanced mode of Shenzhen management experience.However,it cannot be ignored that Pingshan faces the common problems of urban management in Shenzhen,such as the expansion of urban population,the increase of floating population,and the diversification of residents' demands.It also has to deal with infrastructure debts.The number of villages in the city is large,the environment is poor,and the migrant population is frequent.The problem of its own uniqueness is not high.For the above reasons,the status quo of urban management in Pingshan District has a strong typicality.Taking the Pingshan District of Shenzhen as an example,the paper focuses on the reform of the management system of the grassroots city.By comparing the urban management modes of the advanced regions such as Singapore,this paper analyzes the problems and drawbacks of the current urban management in Pingshan District,and further explores the ways and means to improve the urban management mechanism and management efficiency.By comparing the urban management model of advanced regions such as Singapore,and viewing from the aspects of administrative system optimization reform,the rationalization of grassroots management relationship,to the expansion of masses participation,this paper studies how Pingshan District manages to build a city management system with clear powers and responsibilities,reasonable hierarchy,efficient coordination,and standardized management in the process of rapid urbanization,so as to achieve the improvement of the basic urban management model,folly stimulate the social vitality,and properly resolve"urban disease"and other issues.From this,it is concluded that urban management must be compatible with the changing urban needs.To this end,it is necessary to continuously improve the management concqpt,optimize the management mechanism,and innovate management tools to build a more scientific and systematic urban management model.To Pingshan District,it is necessary to achieve the management philosophy and goals of advancing with the times,play the role of multi-agents in urban management,strengthen the city management autonomy of grassroots,improve the efficiency of urban management with intelligent technology,reorganize the organizational structure of the urban management system and transform the government functions in this process,so as to achieve effective governance of the city.
