Research On Development Of Trade Union Federation For Industrial Parks In Foshan City

With the implementation of the economic development strategy of industrial parks in China,in some economic developed areas,a way has been taken to promote industrialization and urbanization by industrial parks.As a solid platform for opening up and economic construction,the industrial park economy has absorbed a large number of labor to work in the industrial park,making the industrial park a new field of primary trade union's work.Foshan,as the frontier of Guangdong's reform,the vigorous development of industrial parks has promoted the economic construction to a new level.At the same time,changes in the external environment make the labor relations of enterprises in the industrial park more and more complicated,the diversification of workers'demands and the weakness of primary trade union,all of which bring challenges to the work of trade unions in the industrial park.Studying the development of trade union federation for industrial parks in Foshan City has certain practical significance for exploring and developing the service management mode of a hub social organization of trade union,strengthening the innovation and reform of government and social organization's cooperation management,realizing the further development of trade union organization and the development of trade union in other industrial parks.Based on the establishment and development of the trade union federation in Foshan industrial park,this thesis systematically studies the development status of the trade union federation in the industrial park by means of literature analysis,investigation and analysis,expounds the development status,analyses the existing problems and reasons,and explores the ways to solve the problems.
