Research On The Operation Of "three Associations" In Community Service For The Elderly

With the deepening of China's reform,under the background of the separation of politics and society,community management has gradually turned to community governance.With the promotion of relevant departments,community social organizations,social workers and communities have formed a linkage pattern of resource sharing and complementary advantages.The three collaborative participation in grass-roots social governance has formed the "three associations" in grass-roots social governance with Chinese characteristics."Mode.Under the background of innovative social governance,the "three cooperatives linkage" can better adapt to the needs of urban community service for the elderly in China because of its unique operation mode.Based on the observation during the practice in Hutong community,the author finds that S community has a unique "3 + 2 + 1" community service mode for the aged,and has successfully cultivated a number of distinctive community social organizations,which play an important role in community governance.From the perspective of social system theory,social workers carry out professional social work services to explore the operation of the "three cooperatives linkage" in community service for the aged.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of the three main bodies of community,community social organizations and social workers and the problems in the process of linkage.Social workers put forward the "3+2+1" service model for helping the elderly,and design the intervention strategy to promote the "three cooperatives linkage" under this model.Secondly,social workers carry out the practice of promoting the "three cooperatives linkage" under the "3+2+1" mode to explore the social workers' interaction.In the end,the author summarizes the effectiveness and problems of the participation of the "Three Societies Linkage" in community service for the aged and analyses its influencing factors,finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the "Three Societies Linkage" model in the field of community service for the aged,discusses and reflects on it,and explores the "3+2+1" model.The applicability of community service mode for the aged is expected to provide reference for similar community service for the aged.
