Research On Sino-Russian Military Trade Cooperation In The 21^st Century

For major countries in the world,military technology cooperation and arms export are important indicators to judge a country's geopolitical influence and foreign policy.On the basis of previous studies,this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of Sino-Russian military trade cooperation in the new era.The military trade cooperation between Russia and China is an important part of the current Sino-Russian relations,it not only has an important impact on each other,but also has a broad impact on the entire world politics.Since the end of the Cold War,China and Russia have actively developed their intimate and friendly relations based on their own fundamental interests.At present,China and Russia have formed a comprehensive strategic partnership.The military trade cooperation between the two countries has directly improved the modernization level and armed forces of China's armed forces and changed the regional balance of power in Asia and the Pacific.The common strategic interests of Russia and China lie in developing mutually beneficial cooperation to expand their influence and block the U.S.military capacity building in Asia,so as to promote a multi-polarization in the world.Over the past two decades,China and Russia have been strengthening cooperation in the field of security.Given the importance of the two countries in international affairs,Sino-Russian military and trade relations have attracted extensive attention from other countries,especially the United States.The United States sees the growing military-to-trade cooperation between China and Russia as a threat to U.S.strategic interests and national security,and as a global incitement to undermine friendly relations between the two countries.In addition,there are many problems in the development of Sino-Russian relations.For example,the "China threat theory" still has a market in Russia;Russia's arms sales to China are lower than India's;The two countries still have disputes over military equipment,intellectual property rights and so on.China and Russia should bear in mind the overall situation,face the serious imbalance in the international strategic pattern after the cold war,establish a strategic partnership of coordination,and focus on coping with the major threats to national security.This is the decisive factor in promoting the development of Sino-Russian relations.In today's increasingly uncertain international order,China and Russia complement each other and deepen cooperation in military trade.This will help both countries to jointly resist risks and external uncertainties and avoid damaging damage to the international order caused by unilateralism.It is a solid foundation for maintaining world peace.This project adopts literature research method,quantitative research method and descriptive research method.This topic starts from the background of the establishment of Sino-Russian military trade relations,analyzes the stages in chronological order,and discusses the main contents of the military-trade cooperation between the two countries.Then it analyzes the reasons for the Sino-Russian military-trade cooperation and points out the military-trade cooperation between the two countries.Inadequacies,especially in the further development of military technical cooperation.Then it looks forward to the future of China-Russia military-to-trade cooperation and proposes how the two countries should solve the problems in military-to-trade cooperation,thus promoting the development of military-to-trade cooperation.Finally,it is concluded that there are three possible situations for the development of Sino-Russian military-to-trade relations in the coming decades.
