| In recent years,due to the rapid expansion of urban population and sharp explosive growth of vehicle ownership,Xiamen'surban traffic infrastructure construction&traffic management capacity failed to meet the rapid growth of traffic demands,which resulted in a series of negative impacts,such as urban traffic congestion,parking difficulties,environmental pollution¶lysis of urban functions.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes Xiamen's intelligent transportation construction&management as a research object as these two main reasons:first one,Xiamen is restricted by the scarcity of land resources,it's difficult to carry out large-scale transportation infrastructure construction here,which means the effect of increasing supply mode on solving the contradiction between supply&demand is limited.Second one,under the background of rapid development of information technology,the intelligent development mode of"Internet +Transportation”could be the most effectively method in improving the traffic capacity&traffic service quality for the road net.Firstly,by seeking&collecting related materials from various literature resources,the author summarized the historical evolution and current situation of the development of intelligent transportation in Xiamen through the methods of literature research,current situation analysis,evaluation research,countermeasures research and so on.Secondly,by visiting trade charging departments&research institutes,conducting questionnaires to some citizens,the author has got the evaluation result for Xiamen's construction&management effectiveness,which was evaluatecd by the providers&the users of intelligent transportation public service.Furthermore,an evaluation system has also been established for the public service of Xiamen's intelligent transportation,which has summarized the achievements,problems,experiences&characteristics of intelligent transportation construction.Once again,the author carried out a horizontal comparison for intelligent transportation construction between some successful cities and countries,here and abroad,has put forward some suggestions for improving the management level of intelligent transportation construction and for solving the urban traffic problems.Through researching,evaluating the construction&management of intelligent transportation in Xiamen,finding out the strengths&weaknesses of intelligent transportation public service,this paper has drafted out a corresponding improvement strategies,so as to try to innovatively introduce a new methods to solve a number of bottlenecks in the development of urban transportation in Xiamen,and construct an intelligent modern comprehensive transportation system by means of information technology.At the same time,by learning from the advanced experiences and practices of cities at home and abroad,this paper not only can provide Xiamen and other cities with the wisdom of traffic development ideas and methods that are worth learning,but also can help Xiamen realize a leap-forward development of comprehensive traffic management services,so as to achieve a goal of providing a safe,smooth,efficient and harmonious traffic environment for people's lives.All in all,this paper has sufficient theoretical research value and practical guiding significance under current background. |
