Research On Intelligent Transportation Construction In Lüliang From The Perspective Of Government Responsibility

In the era of information technology,the deep integration of big data and urban transportation system gives birth to intelligent transportation,which provides a new way of thinking and solutions to solve urban transportation problems.The development of intelligent transportation in luliang city is a far-reaching plan to improve the travel environment and enhance the city's charm.As a new public service,smart transportation is a complex and systematic project,bringing a new travel experience to the public,serving as a traffic manager,but also causing various social problems.The government plays an important role in balancing the relevant social structure and social relations in intelligent traffic construction because of its monopoly of power and integration of resources,so it is necessary to give full play to the government's responsibilities.This paper divides the responsibility system of the government in the construction of intelligent transportation into administrative responsibility,legal responsibility and response responsibility.Luliang city government began to pay attention to in recent years,intelligent transportation construction,emergency video conference system and integrated platform construction preliminary form,AR battle command platform,intersection of real speech system,induction of the star system,built and put into application in precise scheduling command,optimizing traffic management measures,large data collection sharing,some effect has been low but have been supervised system application is tourism officials,low level of information scheduling,and poor public experience.This paper aims to study the current situation of the construction of luliang city intelligent traffic,achievements and problems emerged,from the perspective of management analysis system of government in the process of intelligent transportation construction problems,dig deeper into the reasons behind the problem,such as the design of the top government absence leads to unreasonable overall planning,government departments lack of correct understanding of service function,the government information supervision mechanism is not perfect lead to information security faces huge challenges,the government lack of professional talents cultivation and the safeguard mechanism leads to lack of talent...And so on.By analyzing the problems and digging out the causes,the author proposes the solutions,and gradually constructs the optimized path of government responsibility in the construction of intelligent traffic in luliang city,so as to provide some ideas for the improvement of intelligent traffic development in luliang city.In the optimization of government responsibility in the construction of smart transportation,it is necessary to draw on the excellent experience at home and abroad to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning.To establish and improve safeguard measures for system construction;Strengthen coordinated governance and form social synergy;Strengthening the construction of public wisdom;Efforts should be made to make up for the shortcomings of rural areas and develop characteristic industries,so as to continuously polish the road of intelligent transportation suitable for the traffic management practice in luliang.
