Under the new era,reforming and improving the partyization of party building is an inevitable requirement of China's social development under the process of urbanization.On the basis of the concept of foreign “community”,adapting to the actual situation in China,the concept of “community” has gradually become Chinese,and the new concept of “community party building” has been developed.After the founding of New China,the domestic grassroots party building gradually developed from the stage of coexistence and development of “street residence system” and “unit system”,the phase of “unit system” collapse,and the “street system” to the current “street system” reform.The development phase of the community system.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the government have attached great importance to the party building in the community and have put forward new requirements and new tasks for the community party building to adapt to the new situation.As the first city to explore community party building,Shanghai's urban community party building has been at the forefront of the country.The complicated transformation of social structure in the new era,the expectation of diversification of members of society and the diversification of urban community issues pose new challenges to the construction of community groups in Shanghai.Faced with these challenges,the Shanghai community actively uses its economic advantages,political advantages,historical and cultural advantages to actively carry out community party building work,and gradually explores and condenses the “build the core,center around,and shift the center of gravity” in the work practice.Point to the practice and experience of Shanghai local characteristics.Understanding and sorting out the effectiveness of party building work in various streets in Shanghai has important theoretical and practical significance for us to summarize the experience of Shanghai in carrying out community party building work in the new era,improve the inadequacy of community party building work,and further promote the development of party building in urban communities in China.The author selected Quyang Street,Guangfulin Street and Lujiazui Street in Shanghai to conduct specific research,and summarized the highlights of party building work in three street communities;analyzed its existence from five aspects: politics,thought,organization,system and style.The problem is mainly to cultivate democratic self-government and strengthen the contradiction between administrative management,social capital investment and community participation level,as well as multi-agent synergy and single institutional system.Facing the new situation,new challenges and new requirements of the new era,the urban community party organizations must first strengthen their own construction and build a strong one in order to carry out the problems of the five aspects of community party building politics,ideology,organization,system and style in Shanghai.Battle Fortress.Secondly,the community party organizations should rely on the means of consensus building,resource integration,and compound leadership to solve the problem of community value differences,lack of knowledge,and complex problems,and actively play the role of party building to lead community governance.In addition,it is necessary to build a perfect “one core and multiple” urban community party building pattern,explore the community party building innovation model,mobilize community members to participate extensively,and play a multi-subject synergy.
