Research On The Community Empowerment Method Of The On-job Party Member Volunteers' Participation In Urban Community Under The Context Of Community Party Building

In recent years,our country has paid growing emphasis on community social work and the government has also increased its investment on the social work team.Through the government's purchase of services,the aim lies on vigorously promoting and implementing the government's purchase of services in the community to better enhance the effectiveness of community social work.China has established a sound social security community to lead the volunteer service mechanism.The development of community social work will improve the residents' self-governance ability and awaken the mutual aid awareness,thus promoting the residents of the community from a broader perspective.During the process of participation,community integration will be further promoted.However,after several years of exploration and practice of community volunteer team building,the framework and system of volunteer teams in various communities have been basically established,many problems still exist in providing effective services.The author tries to use the on-job party members as an entry point to analyze the development of the community.By exploring the empowerment methods of the on-job party member volunteers participating in the work,they can really play their due role in the process of community development.This study takes the theory of community empowerment as the research perspective and analyzes from the four levels of community empowerment through the case study method to explore and summarize the community participation methods that are suitable for on-job party member volunteers.Ask questions and make specific recommendations in order to propose to solve the current community volunteer service construction of the on-job party members.This study finds that in the new era,the role of community empowerment should be focused on the ability of the service target itself by playing the role of facilitator and promoter.In the process of stimulating the active participation of the on-job party member volunteers of the community,the first step is to closely integrate with the party building work of the community;the second is to integrate the needs of the on-job party member volunteers and volunteer services.In theory,this study enriches the relevant research on community volunteer participation and community social work,enriching the practice of community empowerment theory in the Chinese context.In practice,this study can provide some references and experiences for solving the problem of insufficient participation of on-job party member volunteers in the Chinese situation.
