The Importance Of Strengthening Construction System Of The Communist Party Of China Inner-Party Supervision In The New Period

The ruling party of each country attaches great importance to its own construction,because the development of the ruling party directly determines its ruling ability.As the leading core of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is particularly important for the CPC to strengthen its own construction and improve the inner-party supervision system.Lenin's thought of inner-party supervision has a profound influence on the development of inner-party supervision system in China.But in the academic circle,it is basically from the reason that Lenin strengthens inner-party supervision and the effectiveness of inner-party supervision.It did not combine inner-party supervision with Lenin's.Therefore,this paper attempts to analyze the relevant problems in the development of Lenin's inner-party supervision system in combination with the current situation at home and abroad.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)stated that strict party governance will continue to develop.At this time,China's world situation,national conditions and the party's situation have produced new changes,but also to the CPC put forward new requirements and new challenges.The nature and status of the communist party of China require that it must strengthen intra-party supervision to restrain its own power,so as to maintain its advanced nature and purity.While affirming the achievements of inner-party supervision,we should also be sensible enough to realize that it is a long and arduous task and should continue to develop in depth.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to strengthen the construction of inner-party supervision system in the new period.In this paper,guided by the basic theory of marxist party construction,applying the politics,the party construction of party history and sociology of knowledge,using literature research,historical analysis and point line combination of research methods,the problems facing the new era of the inner-party supervision system,principle,significance and practice and so on are studied and discussed.This paper can be roughly divided into five parts in the structure:The first part introduces some concepts and basic problems of inner-party supervision.The foundation and premise of studying inner-party supervision system is to understand the exact meaning of supervision and inner-party supervision.Based on the definition of supervision and inner-party supervision system,this part explains some basic problems of inner-party supervision.The second part introduces the historical background and main contents of Lenin's inner-party supervision thought.Although Lenin's inner-party supervision system has long passed,some of its advanced ideas can still be used by our party.Therefore,an in-depth study of Lenin's thought on inner-party supervision is crucial.The third part mainly analyzes the betrayal of Lenin's inner-party supervision thought by party leaders after Lenin and its serious consequences.This part starts from the betrayal of Lenin's inner-party supervision thought in different periods of Soviet communist construction,and expounds the serious consequences caused by the betrayal of Lenin's inner-party supervision thought,so as to explore the historical roots and experience and lessons of the Soviet union's subjugation from the perspective of the CPC.The fourth part is the analysis of the 19 th party congress,put forward Lenin's inner-party supervision thought on the current situation of China's specific reference significance.This part first clarifies the importance of strengthening inner-party supervision in the new era.It also points out that although the inner-party supervision in the new era has made important achievements,there are still some concrete problems that cannot be ignored.By analyzing the problems of inner-party supervision at present,this paper expounds the principles and solutions to be followed in inner-party supervision in the new era.
