Research On Pluralistic Dispute Resolution Mechanism In Minority Areas

In recent years,with the further advancement of national integration,the state vigorously advocates that all ethnic groups use judicial procedures to solve ethnic disputes.However,for a long time,various ethnic groups in China have formed a unique ethnic dispute resolution mechanism in line with their own ethnic development in their historical development,which forms a distinct Dubi in line with our judicial dispute resolution approach,and how to effectively solve ethnic disputes in all ethnic groups.Promoting and implementing the judicial settlement mechanism in the region plays an important role in resolving social contradictions in ethnic areas and maintaining national stability and unity.Based on the perspective of ethnic dispute resolution mechanism,this paper deeply analyses the practice and problems of diversified ethnic dispute resolution mechanisms in different ethnic regions,and explores the application of judicial solutions in the summary of ethnic dispute resolution mechanisms in different regions and the conflicts with ethnic dispute resolution mechanisms.Based on the present situation of dispute settlement mechanism of all ethnic groups in China,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation from the following aspects:overlapping and complicated settings in dispute settlement mechanism of ethnic minorities in China,excessive emphasis on the quality of personnel,neglect of solving skills,deep-rooted traditional ideas,lack of strengthening legal awareness,weak awareness of safeguarding rights of the masses,narrow scope of rights relief,etc.At last,the paper puts forward some problems in the dispute resolution mechanism of ethnic minorities in China,such as further highlighting the autonomy of ethnic minorities,strengthening the skills training of ethnic minority dispute resolution personnel,paying attention to legal publicity,improving villagers’ legal awareness in dispute resolution,formulating diversified dispute resolution approaches and expanding the scope of rights relief.The way to build a Pluralistic Dispute Resolution Mechanism for ethnic minorities in China.Through the writing of thispaper,we try to provide some guidance for the practical research on the multi-ethnic dispute settlement mechanism in our country.
