Public officials are one of the important teams in building the country.As the main implementer of the country's service,ensuring the mental health of public officials is the top priority of the country's normal operation.Good psychological quality is the basis for public officials to improve work efficiency and ensure the normal operation of government work.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the people-oriented principle and solve the problem of good people,otherwise the efficiency of the administrative organization will be greatly reduced.At present,grassroots public officials are in the situation of increased pressure on public responsibility,increased influence from social transformation,and intensified competition among groups.In the daily work of public officials,heavy party education,political learning,light psychological counseling,and dispersed pressure,Numerous public officials have experienced various problems such as psychological depression,emotional anxiety,and job burnout.It can be seen that the psychological status of domestic grassroots public officials is relatively tight at this stage,which is very pessimistic.As a developing country,domestic public officials' research on mental health is scarce and slow to develop,relying only on historical documents as a reference.The research of this subject mainly summarizes and summarizes the psychological problems that may arise at the present stage and in the future from the perspective of the mental health of public officials.Through further analysis and research,it provides a new perspective for public administration of the government.In this study,the Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)was used to investigate the mental health status of 370 public officials in the Hanzhong City through questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis was conducted through the survey results,with gender,age,The level and education are variables,and the mental health level of different levels and levels of work anxiety,family relationship,job depression,mental paranoia,physical health,and psychosisappearing in the relevant grass-roots city public officials at this stage is analyzed and studied.Through the induction analysis,the psychological unhealth manifested by the grassroots public officials in Hanzhong City mainly includes the following: including physical illness,psychological imbalance,work quality and efficiency,work boredom and slackness.Through the analysis of the causes of the mental health of public officials,the countermeasures for solving the mental health problems of public officials are pointed out: the guiding role of the public on the mental health of public officials is strengthened;the government's intervention effect on the mental health of public officials is emphasized;Measures such as the family's role in regulating the mental health of public officials.Constantly optimize the mental health of the majority of public officials,and strive to build a high-standard,high-efficiency team ofpublic officials in the new era.
