The rapid development of China's non-public economy has absorbed a large number of labor force and solved many employment problems.At the same time,it has also brought increasing complexity and diversification of labor relations,and the number of labor disputes and even labor conflicts has increased sharply.As the representative and defender of workers' legitimate rights and interests,trade union work is becoming more and more complex and arduous.Under the background of the current group reform,how the trade unions of non-public enterprises carry out their own reform to adapt to the changing status of labor relations has become an urgent issue to be considered.This paper takes D city J area as an example to investigate the satisfaction of non-public enterprise trade union workers,and uses SPSS24.0 data processing software for cross-analysis and ordered multi-class Logistic regression analysis to explore the main factors affecting union satisfaction.Provide reference for the efficient development of non-public enterprise trade union work.The results show that the satisfaction of union workers in non-public enterprises in J district of D city is closely related to the gender,promotion opportunities,labor relations atmosphere,management conditions and trust of trade unions.Among them,the female employees' satisfaction rate is higher than that of the male employees.The job satisfaction is higher in the job satisfaction,the managerial ability in the labor relationship atmosphere and the employee opinion have positive influence on the employee union satisfaction.The collective negotiation and employee representative assembly factors in democratic management and collective bargaining have a positive impact on the employee union satisfaction,and the union trust has a positive impact on the employee union satisfaction;Based on this,in order to further improve the efficiency of non-public enterprise trade unions,this paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures in terms of innovative working methods,sound incentive mechanism,strengthening basic work,perfecting democratic management,and building harmonious labor relations.
