Research On Satisfaction Survey And Promotion Strategy Of Home Care Service In Hefei

In 2001,Hefei began to enter an aging society,and the issue of pension care became a major livelihood issue that the Hefei government had to face.Because of the "421" family structure brought about by the family planning policy,many young couples not only have to work hard but also take care of their children and four elderly people.Young couples face enormous pressures of life and pension pressure,unable to take good care of the elderly.Institutional pension is in the process of development,and the number of pension care institutions and pension beds can't meet the needs of China.In the case that the traditional family pension is overwhelmed and the institutional pension can't meet the huge pension needs,home care is an important choice to solve the problem of pension care.Compared with the institutional pension,it satisfies the emotional needs of the elderly,calling"falling back to the roots".Compared with the traditional family pension,it reduces the burden of children's pension and provides more diversified and professional services.In order to better provide home care services,improve the satisfaction of the elderly in Hefei,this paper carries out research on the satisfaction survey and promotion strategy of home care services in Hefei.Based on actual research,this paper designed the questionnaire and interview outline that combines theory and practice.In the questionnaire and interview,a total of 21 indicators and 2 dimensions are designed to measure the satisfaction of the elderly in Hefei on the home care service.Then,a random sampling method was adopted in the four main urban areas of Hefei.A total of 220 elderly people over the age of 60 were surveyed,and 110 seniors and 22 staff members were interviewed.According to the survey results,the current situation of the satisfaction of the elderly care service for the elderly in Hefei was analyzed,and the existing problems were studied.According to the questionnaire survey,only about 60%of the elderly in this survey expressed satisfaction with the home care service.The senior citizens' satisfaction with home-based care services from high to low is cultural entertainment services,food delivery services,medical care services,volunteer services,information consulting services.and housekeeping services.By analyzing the results of interviews and questionnaires,it can be known that the factors affecting satisfaction are the price of service,the professional quality of service personnel,the service content and whether the service matches the supply and demand.After researching the collected questionnaires and interview data,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current home care service in Hefei,including:government fund supply,single source of funds;insufficient payment capability for the elderly;the service content Is simple,resulting in a mismatch between supply and demand;the number of professional service personnel is insufficient;the professional quality of service personnel is relatively low;the content of volunteer service is simplistic and the service is partial;the information is asymmetrical and the awareness of volunteer service is weak;the volunteer service is not professional.For the problems of home care service faced by Hefei,the author proposes five suggestions for improving the satisfaction of the elderly.The first is to clarify the positioning and role of the government and attract private capital investment.The second is to improve the subsidy system for home-based care services and increase the income level of the elderly and broaden the income channels of the elderly.The third is to enrich the content of home care services according to the needs.The fourth is to ensure adequate supply of aged care service personnel,strengthen training for elderly service personnel and improve the incentive mechanism for service personnel.The fifth is that the community should publicize the news of volunteer recruitment,volunteers in Hefei need to improve their service awareness,create a professional service team with high professional quality and rationally arrange volunteer activities to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.
