Research On The Service Quality Of Home-Based Care For The Aged In Hefei

With the accelerating aging process of Chinese population,more and more people pay attention to the urban pension problems caused by the aging population. Along with the change of social cultural environment, family structure and scale,urban family pension mode is weakening;Institution endowment can not meet the needs of the elderly for the reasons of capital, management, service level.Home-based care for the aged with the double advantage of family endowment and institution endowment,accepted and recognized by older people gradually.At the same time,with people to enhance awareness of aged care,people pay more attention to the service quality of home-based care for the aged.In recent years, hefei city explore home-based care for the aged service mode actively,provide professional services for the elderly residents and strive to improve the quality of service of home-based care for the aged. Although hefei has been paid high attention to the development of home-based care for the aged service, but the whole service quality of home-based care for the aged still exist some problems.Based on the established model of service quality and theories,this paper research from five factors:domestic service, life care, health care, culture, entertainment, spiritual solace,to investigate in the form of a questionnaire and analyze the date.Get the influence respectively from the five dimensions tangibles、reliability、responsiveness、assurance、empathy. Then to find the problem in home-based care for the aged.By the means of field survey to Qinhe Flats in Shanghai,summarizes the affinity service source in the process of development advantages and advanced practice, to improve the service quality of home-based care for the aged. According to the conclusion,this paper gives some suggestions.The innovation of this paper lies in:this paper based on service quality model, carried on the real diagnosis analysis and research combining with the development of hefei actual requirements and development situation of service quality in home-based care for the aged,Through establishing model of home-based care for the aged,using the SPSS statistical analysis software for data analysis,to give some reference to improve service quality.Meanwhile,to summarizes the advantages practices through survey and to provides advice for the further development. But this paper is still insufficient,this paper still exists a lot of shortage no matter from the depth of theoretical or empirical aspects of the span.this will be a need to do more research for a long time.
