| The emergence of e-government has changed the traditional mode of government service,improving the efficiency of government operation,promoting the openness of government affairs,making the government services available and increasing the satisfaction with government services.Under the environment of electronic government affairs,the public demand for government services becomes more and more pluralistic.Only by innovating and optimizing the mode of government service constantly does the government meet the needs of the public.It has made gratifying achievements to optimize the mode of government services in China in recent years,however,because our country e-government construction is not perfect enough,government service mode still exists many shortages.Therefore,in e-government,optimizing the mode of government service is essential.This paper studies how to optimize the government service,which is divided into five chapters.The first two chapters are the introduction and the related theories.The third chapter mainly analyzes the general situation of government service mode in China,including achievements,the problems existing in the government service mode in our country,which mainly displays in the information island,insufficient service ability,less public participation and information security problems.In the fourth chapter introduces the domestic and international best practice in optimize the mode of government service.In the fifth chapter,the paper summarizes the relevant suggestions to optimize the government service mode in the environment of e-government.This paper mainly adopts the method of empirical analysis and literature research,introducing the present service mode and analyzing the problems of the government service mode in our country.Sum up the feasible ways to optimize government service mode according to the domestic and foreign practicing experiences and scholar studies on optimizing government service mode. |
