Research On The Administrative Assistance System For The Family Who Lost Their Only Child

The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between people's growing need for better life and inadequate imbalance.While our aging population is growing,the issue of old-age care for the elderly has been put on the agenda.There is a special group in the society,that is,the family that has lost the only child.The reasons for the loss of the child are special,the elderly in the family and the disabled should be better protected due their problems such as daily life security,old-age care.Most of the family that has lost the only child is influenced by the implementation of the basic national policy of family planning in China.In the process of social development,the family members who have lost their independence have become a special kind of vulnerable group in the society.However,in China's relevant legislation or in practice,there is a serious lack of protection measures for the relevant relief system for families who have lost their only child.In fact,the elderly who have lost their independence should be protected.It was once they made sacrifices for the country's overall strategic plan.However,when the actual situation occurs,there is a lack of corresponding rescue and safeguard measures.This is contrary to fairness and justice.This article is based on the research results of previous scholars.The purpose of this thesis is to explore what kind of responsibility should be assumed in the face of a special group of families who have lost their only child in the period of service-oriented government transformation,and how to take responsibility.As well as the administrative assistance of the families who have lost their families,how should they relieve their rights when they encounter law enforcement officer inaction? This thesis is divided into four parts to discuss this issue: the first part elaborates on the summary of administrative assistance for families who have lost their child;the second part discusses the background and theoretical basis of administrative assistance;the third part describes the problems in administrative assistance in China.The fourth part;after analyzing the problems existing in the existing administrative assistance in China,the corresponding settlement mechanism is proposed.According to its own research,it aims to make the community pay more attention to the families who have lost their only child,establish a better rescue system,and better protection for the families who have lost their only child.Protect the legal rights and interests of the families who have lost their only child,provide medical care and old-age care of the families who have lost their only child.In sure that elderly people who have lost their only child can also enjoy their life of elderly age.
