Research On Satisfaction And Optimization Path Of Community Home Care Service

The establishment and improvement of the old-age service system plays an increasingly important role in the quality of life of the elderly.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,as of the end of 2018,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China reached 249 million,accounting for 17.9% of the total population.The degree of aging of China's population has continued to deepen with the rapid increase in the number of elderly people.In sharp contrast,the traditional concept of old-age care has gradually changed,and modern families have gradually become smaller and empty.Beginning in November 2016,in order to improve the old-age service system and enhance the happiness of the elderly in their later years,the central government has successively established three pilot reforms of home and community pension services.Shijiazhuang entered the aging society earlier than other cities in Hebei Province,and was the first batch of reform pilot cities.Shijiazhuang has made many useful attempts through policy promulgation,financial support,and active exploration.With the joint efforts of the government and the community,the community home care service in Shijiazhuang has made some achievements,but there are still many places for further improvement.Based on this,this paper studies the practice status of community home care services in Shijiazhuang City,in order to find out the shortcomings of community home care services in the operation process,and propose corresponding optimization paths.In the research,this paper uses case interviews,literature research and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the development of home care services in Shijiazhuang community from the perspectives of current situation description,interviews with responsible persons and satisfaction of the elderly.Firstly,the concept of community home care service and satisfaction is defined,and the theoretical basis of community home care service is explained.Secondly,from the objective point of view,study the development status of Shijiazhuang community home care service,and understand the supply status of Shijiazhuang from the subjective perspective of in-depth interviews.Thirdly,the conceptual model and research hypothesis ofShijiazhuang community home care service are constructed.Combined with the individual,family and social characteristics of the elderly,the empirical analysis and explanation of the factors affecting the service satisfaction of the elderly are carried out.Finally,based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,an optimization path is proposed for the lack of development.The study found that the overall satisfaction of community home care services is currently high,and the satisfaction of the elderly on community home care services is affected by many factors,including age,self-care ability,education level,income level,family situation,and participation in community activities.And enjoy social insurance and other factors,but there are differences in the factors affecting the satisfaction of different services.The human resources of the service center are limited,which is reflected in the professionalism and quantity of the service personnel.The family support can effectively reduce the pressure on the service center;the residents' concept and economic conditions affect the satisfaction of the elderly on the service price.
