Educated terrorism in the form of smaller sized cells of terrorist's organizations and lone actor terrorists is the big challenge for International Security Agenda.The situation is highly worthen due to the level of technological and educational backgrounds5 upgrades of terrorists.Counter terrorism systems cannot successfully be attributed without appropriate analysis of terrorist's backgrounds.In short-term tendency it can be seen of having positive effects,but in long-term situation it might end up with wrong decision-making processes and ensuing more problems.Analysis of existing terrorist database concludes the tendency of changing the picture of terrorism from groupings to individualization.Also,there was found the trend of terrorism activity and terrorist's country origin relocation.With the process of working on the research,we had realized the hidden problem that mess up whole picture of understanding terrorism and failure to find out the exact causes why educated people join terrorism.That in turn generated "fake fire" with very real circumstances in the face of 9/11 event,Vietnam war,Arab spring,and today's economic sanctions towards different states."The hidden problem" lays down in the very simple but unexpected thing like misunderstanding of terrorism.Misunderstanding of terrorism' idea,misunderstanding of mine and yours,good and bad things.
