Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and people's living standards have improved continuously.At the same time,the imbalance between urban and rural development has become increasingly prominent.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,aiming at realizing the comprehensive revitalization of the rural areas with strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich peasants.As an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization,the revitalization of rural education will play an important role in providing talents for rural construction,revitalizing rural culture and improving the quality of farmers.With the increasing emphasis on rural education and the increasing investment in resources,rural education in China has been further improved.However,due to the long-term impact of the dual structure of urban and rural areas,there is still a big gap between urban and rural education level,which is particularly prominent in the stage of compulsory education.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the rural-urban integration of compulsory education at county level in Hebei Province,sums up the causes of the problems,and puts forward the paths and policy suggestions for the realization of the rural-urban integration of compulsory education at county level in accordance with the development needs of the rural-urban integration strategy in Hebei Province.The introduction part mainly clarifies the research background and significance,current research situation and related concepts;the first part analyses the internal logic between Rural Revitalization Strategy and rural-urban integration of compulsory education at County level,that is,the support of Rural Revitalization Strategy for rural-urban integration of compulsory education at county level and the promotion of rural-urban integration of compulsory education at County level to Rural Revitalization strategy;the third part combs the role of rural-urban integration of compulsory education at County The relevant policies of urban-rural integration of compulsory education and Rural Revitalization Strategy at county level in China and Hebei Province were sorted out,and the indicators and evaluation system of urban-rural integration of compulsory education at county level were determined.Thefourth part sorted out the beneficial exploration of urban-rural integration of compulsory education at county level in Hebei Province,and emphatically analyzed the current situation from three aspects: school layout,school-running conditions and teacher team construction.In the process of urban-rural integration of compulsory education at county level in Hebei Province,the links that do not meet the needs of Rural Revitalization Strategy are analyzed in the fifth part.The reasons for the problems of urban-rural integration of compulsory education at county level in Hebei Province are analyzed in three aspects: urban-rural dual structure,insufficient investment in education funds and rigid management system.The sixth part combines the current situation of the development of urban-rural integration of compulsory education at The achievements of other provinces in the integration of compulsory education in urban and rural areas have been put forward.The path and policy suggestions for the integration of compulsory education in rural areas of Hebei Province under the perspective of Rural Revitalization have been put forward.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes the central content above,and prospects the development of urban-rural integration of compulsory education at county level in Hebei Province under the strategy of rural revitalization.
