Research On The Urban-rural Integration Construction Of C County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The major contradiction in our society has changed from the backward social production between growing material and cultural demands of the people to that the development unbalance among areas.The status quo of imbalance and inadequacy is an important issue to be solved in many fields in our country,the most important of which is that the unbalance gap between urban and rural area.The inadequacy of rural development however,is a most important problem to be solved.Since the new century,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has adopted a series of key policies to further promote Chinese urban-rural integration as well as narrowing the gap between these areas.The urban-rural integration construction contains two aspects: city construction and countryside construction,where the key point is to promote the development of rural areas.Rural revitalization is not only a major strategy to solve issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers,but also an effective way to boost the urban-rural integration processes.This article analyzes the urban-rural integration processes of C county using rural construction theory home and abroad by comparing the processes status in quo before the 19 th CPC National Congress with that after the congress.Since the appearance of the rural revitalization strategy,C county implements a series of policies such as improving basic unit party building,balancing educational resources,taking targeted poverty alleviation,perfecting the social security network,enhancing ecological environment and achieves some good results on urban-rural integration.However,there are still apparent gaps between urban and rural areas in party building,educational resources,public services and ecological environment in C county.The existence of the above-mentioned gaps is mainly caused by the C county's low fiscal revenue,disordered rural production distribution,generally low quality of peasant,imperfection of rural basic unit party building as well as the local industry lacking in features.This article learns domestic and overseas experience of rural development,then obtains some ways on further developing C county's urban-rural integration including supporting major industries,building new type communities,expanding characteristic local industries,improving infrastructure in rural areas,spiriting the energy of basic-level party organization and finally achieves the target of boosting urban-rural integration of C county.
