Socialist consultative democracy is a new form of democratic political civilization,which is unique in China.Since entering a new era,socialist consultative democracy has presented a vision of great prosperity and development,and has made significant achievements and breakthroughs in the field of practice.However,for a long time,China's socialist consultative democracy has been squeezed and depreciated by the hegemony of Western deliberative democracy discourse.It is difficult to truly explain the inherent advantages of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics.It is urgent to turn its development advantages into discourse advantages.We should build a socialist consultative democracy discourse system with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese manner,and master the academic discourse power of consultative democracy research in China.In this Paper,firstly,it analyzes the basic connotation,main contents and essential attributes of socialist consultative democracy discourse system by using normative research method.Secondly,the necessity,comparative advantage,existing problems and restrictive factors of the construction of socialist consultative democracy discourse system are studied by using system analysis method.Finally,with the help of the angle and method of combining history with reality and theory with practice,it has considered and
