The Research On The Influence Of Government-Business Relations On The Regional Economic Growth Of China

Chinese society attaches great importance to interpersonal relationship and social interaction.As a part of the informal system,interpersonal relationship has an important impact on economic and social development.With China's economic development entering a new normal,Government-Business relations have become an important factor affecting regional economic growth.Healthy Government-Business relations can promote enterprises to actively carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities,enhance their market competitiveness,and promote regional economic growth.However,distorted Government-Business relations will undermine the fair market order,waste social resources and hinder regional economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of political and business relations on China's regional economic growth,and explore how to build a healthy Government-Business relations to achieve the benign development of regional economy.This paper studies the influence of Government-Business relations on regional economic growth from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.Based on the analysis of the development and changes of the relationship between politics and business in China,this paper compares the performance of the relationship between politics and business in 31 provinces of China by using Nie Huihua's index.On the basis of analyzing the influence mechanism of the relationship between government and business on the issues of investment,entrepreneurship and sustainable development of enterprises,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence of the relationship between government and business on regional economic growth.Considering the business relationship and mutual influence between regional economic growth,using the finite difference to solve the problem of model of endogenous generalized moment estimation again for empirical research,and according to the empirical results,combined with the reality of our country,on how to build a healthy business relationship,how to use in business relationship to promote regional economic growth puts forward policy Suggestions.Firstly,based on systematic review of relevant theories and literature,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of political and business relations on China's regional economic growth.In terms of investment,the relationship between government and business affects the investment objectives and efficiency of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,thus affecting the growth rate of regional economy.In terms of entrepreneurship,the relationship between government and business affects the allocation of entrepreneurship,the innovation and entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs and the quality of regional economic growth.In terms of the sustainable development of operating enterprises,the relationship between government and business affects the survival and development of enterprises in the survival period through influencing relevant policies,financing support and resource allocation,thus affecting regional economic growth.Secondly,the health index of Government-Business relations in cities published by Nie Huihua in ?The Ranking List of Political and Business Relations in Chinese Cities 2017?is used to measure the Government-Business relations.A comparative analysis of the differences between regions in China's Government-Business relations shows that,on the whole,there is a trend that the eastern coastal areas are superior to the central and western regions.Beijing,Shanghai and Zhejiang three provinces,have good Government-Business relations,in the leading position in the country.Ningxia,Xinjiang,Yunnan and Tibet ranked low in terms of Government-Business relations,and their development needs to be improved.The other provinces have little difference in the index of Government-Business relations,but the overall level is still low.Again,to the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2014 as samples,selects the relationship between government and market,government intervention as the core variables,corruption,efficiency of the legal system,market intermediary for important explanatory variables,state-owned economy as control variables,using panel data fixed effects model,empirical research Government-Business relationship impact on regional economic growth.The results show that the relationship between government and business is highly positively correlated with economic growth,indicating that the healthier the relationship between government and business,the more effective the decisive role of market in allocating resources and the better the function of government,and the more conducive to economic growth.Finally,in view of this conclusion,we put forward the following four Suggestions: First,accelerate the transformation of government functions,establish and improve relevant laws and regulations,and strengthen the enforcement of supervision agencies;Second: establish the concept of business integrity of entrepreneurs,improve legal awareness,constantly restrain themselves,strengthen the construction of corporate culture,to achieve a reasonable display of entrepreneurial spirit;Third,build a bridge between government and business,enhance the competitiveness and cohesion of industry associations,and promote government and business exchanges with new technologies;Fourth,to promote the moral construction of the whole society,to promote the legal awareness of all citizens,to achieve social supervision,common progress of the restraint mechanism.
