The Design And Implementation Of Beichuan Digital City Management Case Information System

With the country's emphasis on urban management service capabilities,it is imperative to further deepen government information construction,improve the efficiency and transparency of urban management work,and build an efficient and transparent digital city management platform.This paper aims to build a city-wide general.The digital city management information command and dispatch platform for information sharing can be extended to many areas of the city in the later stage,laying a solid foundation for the final completion of digital city construction.In this paper,the overall structure of the system uses a three-tier architecture mode,the development language is C#,the database management system is Microsoft SQL Server 2008,and the development tool is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 platform.According to the analysis of system requirements,the system is divided into five modules:case management,comprehensive evaluation management,system management,comprehensive inquiry and daily management.This article provides the case information collection,feedback and evaluation module.The user can track the case handling according to the case number.After the case is closed,the case processing process and the result can be evaluated.In addition,this paper proposes a text classification based on KNN algorithm,which enables the system to classify cases according to the subject and content of the case,and automatically recommend the case handling department according to the classification.Finally,the system was rigorously tested,and the system functions were all implemented to meet the needs of digital city information management.
