A Comparative Study On Entrepreneurship Environment Between The Hi-Te Industrial Development Zone Of Chengdu And Xi'an

The Hi-Te Industrial Development Zone is a special area of a city, which promotes the development of regional economy through its functions of agglomerating, incubating and expanding. The entrepreneurship environment of the Hi-Te Industrial Zone has direct influence on the economy growth, the emergence of enterprise clusters and the performance of technology innovation of the Hi-Te Industrial Zone. Chengdu and Xi'an are the important cities in the western china, emphasizing on and cultivating the entrepreneurship environment of Hi-te Industrial Zone will promote the development of regional economy and reduce the regional gap. So analysis the entrepreneurship environment is very important.The dissertation has three parts. The first part includes the chapter 1 and 2, mainly analyzes the theories related about the Hi-Te Industrial Development Zone and its entrepreneurship environment. The second part includes the chapter 3 and 4, mainly discusses the "hard-environment" and "soft-environment" of entrepreneurship respectively. The third part is conclusion and appreciation.This dissertation attempts to achieve innovations from the following aspects. The first is the analysis of entrepreneurship environment, also discussing the relationship between entrepreneurship environment and the development of Hi-Te Industrial Zone. The second is the thoroughly empirical study on entrepreneurship environment between the Hi-Te Industrial Development Zone of Chengdu and Xi'an. The third is to showing the performance of entrepreneurship environment over the development of Hi-Te Industrial Zone and testifying the mutual-prompting relationship each other.
