Research On The Participation Of Community Social Organizations In Community Governance

As a sub-cell of society,community contains many social elements.We can better perceive society turough the carrier of community.Many problems in community construction reflect the corresponding problems in social construction.Therefore,only when the community is well constructed can the society make progress.Community construction is inseparable from community governance.With the development of community system in China,more and more attention has been paid to community.As a major element of community governance,community organizations play an increasingly important role in the process of participating in community governance.This paper expounds three concepts of community organization,community governance and community social organization.On this basis,the development process of relevant social organization is sorted out,and the research on the participation of social organizations and social organization in community governance by scholars at home and abroad is summarized,with emphasis on the development status and characteritics of community social organizations in China.After reviewing the literature,taking X community in Donghu District of Nanchang City as an example,this paper gives a general introduction to the social organization in X community,expounds the development and effectiveness of social organization in the process of participating in community governance,and concludes that there are shortages of manpower and financial resources,low participation of residents and low service level of social organization in the participating in community governance in X community.It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures,including optimizing community governance structure,integrating community resources and strengthening the capacity-building of social organizations,so that social organization can absorb more professional knowledge and get resources support from all sectors of society,so that social organization can provide more effective services for community governance.
