The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship state and internal logic between the identity of Buyi ethnic group in Hekou and the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage through the effects of the three intertwined layers of individual micro,collective mid and national macro in different socio-economic and cultural contexts.And this paper uses a variety of research methods,such as the literature method as well as the fieldwork method,take the Buyi traditional cultural protection area as the entry point,which is on the list of comprehensive intangible cultural heritage and the identity of representation as the entry point,combined with the power discourse theory and the living interactivity theory to find out its representation under the variety influencing factors of ethnic identity,and reveals the trajectory of its inheritance and development.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The humanistic ecology of multi-ethnic interaction and symbiosis is the necessary premise to promote the preservation or revival of the traditional culture of the Buyi ethnic group.In this process,the Buyi Society and the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage as the main body of institutionalized inheritance and protection practice is the key force for the rejuvenation and inheritance of the traditional culture of the Buyi people in the border areas.2.In the process of the transmission and innovation of intangible cultural heritage,people have made new changes to their original discourse-power relations by using the power discourses given by the state for certain purposes.Accordingly,the locals have also led to the re-reconstruction of its identity through the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.In other words,on the one hand,the transmission and inheritance of the objective representation symbol by the non-legacy culture not only strengthens the identity of the cultural holder itself,but also strengthens the contextualization of ethnic identity;on the other hand,this ethnic identity in turn shaped the appearance of the non-legacy culture in the process of communication and inheritance.Therefore,under the system of state power discourse-institutional protection logic,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and ethnic identity are a mutually constructive relationship.
