Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the integration of military and civilian development has become a national strategy,which is the only way to achieve the unification of a rich country and a strong military.To reduce the waste of national resources,improve management efficiency,break the dual structure of military and civilian,and promote the in-depth development of civil-military integration is an important way to build a world-class army.Civil-military integration not only contributes to national defense,but also greatly promotes economic development.As the main body of industrial development and an important indicator of economic development,enterprises are the guarantee for the rapid development of civil-military integration industry.Their healthy,rapid and sustainable development plays an important role in China's military equipment and facilities,resource information,scientific research and technology.The policy of "civilian enlisting in the army" brings great opportunities and challenges for private enterprises to participate in the military market.As civil-military integration enterprises are emerging enterprises,the system construction is still in the initial stage at the macro level,and many incentive policies have not been fully implemented.At the micro level,some enterprises are reformed from state-owned enterprises,resulting in rigid system and rigid incentive means.Most civil enterprises in the army focus on the profit and market share of enterprises,rather than on the incentive of employees.Various reasons lead to the lack of incentive for employees in civil-military integration enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to study the reasons for the insufficient incentive of enterprises and propose solutions.Based on the civil-military integration industry and its corporate characteristics,this paper takes R company as the case study object and studies its compensation incentive system.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part describes the research background,purpose and significance,research content and research methods;The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.Through literature survey,relevant theories of salary incentive are taken as the theoretical basis for improving the salary incentive system.The third part analyzes the operation status of R company's salary incentive system and describes the current situation of human resources.The fourth part is the evaluation and analysis of employee satisfaction with salary incentive system of R company.The data of employee satisfaction with salary incentive system are collected in the form of questionnaire survey to study the main problems existing in the current system.The fifth part gives the compensation incentive system improvement plan and the suggestion;The sixth part proposes the safeguard measures for the implementation of R company's salary incentive system,which will ultimately help R company effectively motivate employees and enhance its competitiveness,so as to achieve the strategic development goal of R company and become a benchmark in the civil-military integration enterprise.It has certain reference value for the design of other civil-military integration enterprise's salary incentive system.
